Warranty Policy
Every repair we perform is backed by a lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship. Here's exactly what that covers.
What Is Covered
Tech Savior's lifetime warranty covers:
- The replacement parts we install during your repair
- The workmanship of the repair itself
If a covered part fails or a repair defect is discovered at any time after service, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage unrelated to the original repair
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or cracks after the repair
- Liquid or water damage occurring after the repair
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your repair is covered under warranty, contact us:

- Start a mail-in warranty repair at our mail-in repair page
We will evaluate the device and, if the issue is covered, perform the warranty repair at no cost to you including return shipping for mail-in claims.
