Most repairs are completed same day we receive your device. You'll get email updates at every stage.
We email you a prepaid label to send your device in at no cost. Return shipping is free when a repair is completed. If the device is deemed unrepairable, the diagnostic is unsuccessful, or you choose not to proceed, return shipping is the client's responsibility.
Our lifetime warranty covers the parts we install and the workmanship of the repair. It does not cover unrelated issues or parts, or damage from misuse, water damage, accidental damage, drops, cracks, or other external causes.
Yes. Diagnostics are free on most devices — a fee may apply if parts need to be ordered or the repair is particularly complex. Either way, we provide an upfront quote and require your approval before any billable work begins. If the scope changes mid-repair, we'll pause and contact you before proceeding.
We never access your personal data. We recommend a backup beforehand, but our techs only interact with the hardware being repaired.
If a repair isn't possible, we'll return your device at no cost to you — no diagnostics fee, no shipping charge.
