Device Purchase Warranty
Every device we sell — in store or shipped — is backed by a 90-day warranty. Here's exactly what that covers.
This warranty applies only to devices bought through our devices for sale listings. It is separate from — and works differently than — the lifetime warranty we offer on repairs.
What Is Covered
For 90 days from your purchase date, we cover:
- Pre-existing hardware defects present at the time of sale
- Functional malfunctions not caused by the buyer, such as a component failing under normal use
If a covered issue is discovered within 90 days of purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund the device at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or cracks after purchase
- Liquid or water damage occurring after purchase
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues disclosed in the listing at time of purchase
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your device purchase is covered under this warranty, contact us within 90 days of your purchase date:

We will evaluate the device and, if the issue is covered, repair, replace, or refund it — including return shipping for mail-in claims.
