How to Pack Your Device
A little care during packing keeps your device safe in transit and ensures we can get to work the moment it arrives.

Power off and back up your data Turn off your device completely and make a backup if you're able to. We protect your data, but a backup is always the safest move.

Remove accessories and cases Take off any case, screen protector, or pop socket. Include only the device itself — no chargers or cables are needed.

Wrap in bubble wrap Wrap the device in at least two layers of bubble wrap, securing with tape. The screen and corners need the most protection.

Use a sturdy box with padding Place the wrapped device in a snug box with no room to shift. Fill empty space with crumpled paper or foam padding.

Include your order confirmation Print or write your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue inside the box so we can process it immediately.
